Kora Drannek is a first time novelist. You’ll find strong, dynamic heroines and representation of People with Disabilities in her stories. She was born in the Midwest and grew up writing fictional stories. Her beginnings as an author began after she briefly dated her first Terrible Mistake. While the cuffing season fling ended up resembling a dumpster fire, it inspired her to begin writing using her real life as inspiration.

Drannek often jokes that she won the lottery with her genetics--she has Osteogenesis Imperfecta, Attention Deficit Disorder, and Dysgraphia. As such, she wanted to bring those aspects into her characters.

Kora resides in Missouri with her dog, Louie. When she isn’t writing, she’s most likely saying something inappropriate, spending time with her animals or binge watching her latest TV obsession.
